Speci a crescita lenta ma che col tempo crea importanti soggetti. Le grandi foglie carnose e semi lucide, sono verde verde intenso. D’estate produce grandi fiori bianchi raccolti in piccoli mazzi, dal delicato e gradevole profumo.
Ama ambienti umidi e luminosi per crescere al meglio, terriccio leggero con inerti che non deve mai asciugarsi del tutto tra un’innaffiatura e l’altra.
